Every new day that you wake up to is a blessing from God.
He gave you life to wake up to face the new day.
Every new day is a new starting point, a new beginning, a new chance in which you are able to change what had happened in the past.
Treasure every new day that you have to make changes to your past, to try something new or just to do something different which you have not done before.
None of us know what a new day will bring for us, but we can always be open to enjoy and experience what a new day will bring for us.

There are many things that can happen to us everyday, but this is a good habit to have.
We should note down all the positive things that happens to us everyday in a note book.
This note book will remind us, in time to come, of all the positive and good things that happen to us. This will help us to focus on our blessings we receive in life.
Humans are normally negative in nature, we tend to focus and remember things which are hurtful to us. So with this new habit, we will learn to focus our energies on the good things we have in our lives rather than all the negative things we tend to focus on.

一个人的一生中都会有离离和和的情况。
身边的朋友不一定会跟你一起走完人生的道路。
亲戚和家人也会有离去的时候。
有时候好朋友的离去不一定是个坏事，每个人都有他们自己的选择，当你和朋友的选择不一样的时候，离开双方的生命有可能是最好维持关系的最好选择。
可能在对的时候你们会再重逢，而那时你们的关系反而会更好。
每个人的生命会有不同的阶段，在不同的阶段遇到不同的人和事都是为了让我们成长。
朋友离开我们的时候一定会伤心，可别沉浸在那个情绪太久。有时候放手才能找到更好的朋友。
世界没有不散的宴席，保握住你身边的一切人和事。珍惜你拥有的一切。
